"Was a loyal customer for over 3 years and the one time I was late with a payment they take double the payment, then tell me I have to wait 5-7 days to get reimbursed. No way! I did get it back the same day but I'll never use them again."

"Never, ever use this app or go with this company. The app tells you nothing about your account, lines of credit. Only what you owe, nothing more. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They will call you 10-15x a day than hang up when you pick up the phone. They don't speak any English, or their headsets don't work. If you need them, good luck getting a hold of them, they hang up when you call them. Trash app and awful company"

"Need lower interest rates and better way of making customers aware of all the rules e.g. if you get a cash advance on ur line of credit account- its much faster to get it e-trasfered (within 4 hrs) than to get it direct deposited (can take up to 12-24 hrs). Should NOT have to call in for this info. Should be made clear at the point of choosing the transaction."
