Was a loyal customer for over 3 years and the one time I was late with a payment they take double the payment, then tell me I have to wait 5-7 days to get reimbursed. No way! I did get it back the same day but I'll never use them again.

Never, ever use this app or go with this company. The app tells you nothing about your account, lines of credit. Only what you owe, nothing more. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They will call you 10-15x a day than hang up when you pick up the phone. They don't speak any English, or their headsets don't work. If you need them, good luck getting a hold of them, they hang up when you call them. Trash app and awful company
Need lower interest rates and better way of making customers aware of all the rules e.g. if you get a cash advance on ur line of credit account- its much faster to get it e-trasfered (within 4 hrs) than to get it direct deposited (can take up to 12-24 hrs). Should NOT have to call in for this info. Should be made clear at the point of choosing the transaction.

A very pleasant business. They are always there to help. Ppl are kind and very willing to help you!! They are willing to write down the dates my loans are coming out of your bank. I will recommend this business to anyone!!!
Terrible app you will save you time to go in person even if you have a 20.min drive one way
Should be able to make payments via this app! Frustrating that once a payment is made it takes several days for the app to update so it can be used again! Very disappointing!!
Keeps crashing and only tells me I have no loans. No option to borrow.. only for viewing what you owe or pay what you owe.. still required to call or go into store. Ugh annoying
Don't even bother. It's hit and miss for working properly. A struggle to pay via app, view, change anything... Better off just going to the store.
